My husband was coming home after breaking his hip and spending 10 days in a facility. I was to be his caregiver. I fast realized he need 24 - 7 help, which meant that my sleep was constantly interrupted. I was give Rondha's number and a high recommendation from the facility he was in. I decided to have them show up from 11 pm to 7 am giving me a good night sleep. What a difference! The ladies that came were caring and even straightened up the living room where his hospital bed was located. They always asked me if there was anything they could clean or do while I was sleeping. After only adequate care (and less) from other Care Companies Rondha's After Care truly stood out. Completely reliable, I came to trust that they would be where they said they would be on time (early, actually) and prepared . I began to sleep better at night knowing what good hands my mother was in. I was pleased to learn that Rondha actually trained certified nursing assistants in a hospital. I was impressed by their competence and gentleness when they performed tasks such as changing dressings or just helping her in and out of bed. They were gentle, careful and kind. But also, very importantly, they were wonderful companions to my mother. They did a lot of special things like decorating her apartment for holidays, bringing her special homemade treats and taking her for walks in her wheelchair just to make sure she spent some time outside. I am grateful to Rondha and Aubrey for all their efforts in making my mothers final days as pleasant as possible. It never felt to me that Rondha and Aubrey were just doing a job. They really cared.

My Dad died last Saturday and his wife of 50 years, my mother, was totally distraught. I remembered how wonderful Rondha had been when my Dad broke his hip a year ago and I called her right away. Even though she was on vacation with her family she was immediately available by phone and went to work to get us the 24-hour companion care my mother needed. The first of 3 wonderful ladies (Sally, Deanna, Heather) was on the job by that evening. My mother had nothing but praise for their loving, patient, gentle, and very competent care. My Mother recently passed away. Rondha had been visiting with her for the last two years, and would take her for rides and buy her snacks while they were out.
